Vanessa Palmer Award

In honour of Vanessa Palmer, the Friends of Hullett (FoH) have created the Vanessa Palmer Award. Created in 2005, the VPA is awarded to deserving youth on an annual basis.

Vanessa Palmer was born and raised in Southern Ontario. As she matured, she developed a passion for the outdoors. In 2002 Vanessa was elected to sit on the FoH Board of Directors. As a director, she was instrumental in developing and creating the Interpretive Centre that was previously located at the Hullett Provincial Wildlife Area. In recognition of Vanessa’s outstanding commitment and achievement to environmental awareness and education, FoH are proud to present this award annually in her memory.
